Principle of operation
Disc continuous dryer is an efficient conductive continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle determine that it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small floor space, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and good operating environment. It is widely used in drying operations in chemical industry, medicine, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline products processing and other industries. It is well received in the practice of various industries. At present, there are three types of atmospheric pressure, airtight and vacuum, and four types of 1200, 1500, 2200 and 3000. A (carbon steel), B (stainless steel is uniformly distributed in contact with materials) and C (on the basis of B, stainless steel is added for steam pipeline, spindle and support, and stainless steel is lined for cylinder and cover). Three kinds of materials, drying area of 4 ~ 180 m 2, a total of hundreds of models of series products, and can provide matching auxiliary equipment to meet the needs of users for drying various materials.
Wet materials are continuously added to the first layer drying tray at the upper part of the dryer from the feeder, and the rake arm with the rake blade rotates to make the rake arm rotate to make the rake blade continuously copy the materials. The material flows over the surface of the drying tray along the exponential spiral line, and the material on the small drying tray is transferred to the outer edge, where it falls to the outer edge of the large drying tray below, and on the large drying tray, the material moves inward and falls to the next layer of small drying tray from the middle discharging port. The large and small drying discs are alternately arranged up and down, so that materials can continuously flow through the whole dryer. A heating medium, in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat transfer oil, is introduced into the hollow drying tray, and the heating medium enters from one end of the drying tray and exits from the other end. The dried material falls to the bottom of the shell from the next layer of drying tray, and then is moved to the discharge port by the rake blade for discharge. The moisture escapes from the material and is discharged from the moisture outlet on the top cover, and the moisture of the vacuum disc dryer is discharged from the vacuum pump outlet on the top cover. Dry materials discharged from the bottom layer can be directly packaged. By adding auxiliary machines such as fin heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag dust collector, dry material back-mixing mechanism and induced draft fan, the drying capacity can be improved, paste and heat-sensitive materials can be dried, the solvent can be recovered conveniently, and pyrolysis and reaction operations can be carried out.
Performance characteristics
(1) Easy regulation and strong applicability
◎ By adjusting the thickness of the material layer, the spindle speed, the number of rake arms, the type and size of rake blades, the drying process can be better.
◎ Each layer of drying tray can heat or cool the material independently by feeding hot medium or cold medium, and the temperature control of the material is accurate and easy.
◎ The retention time of materials can be adjusted.
◎ The material has a single flow direction, no backmixing phenomenon, uniform drying, stable quality and no need to mix again.
(2) The operation is simple and easy.
◎ The operation of starting and stopping the dryer is very simple.
◎ After stopping feeding, the rake blade for conveying material scale can quickly empty the material in the dryer.
◎ The inside of the equipment can be carefully cleaned and observed through the special large inspection door mirror.
(3) Low energy consumption
◎ The material layer is very thin, the spindle speed is low, the power required by the material conveying system is small, and the power consumption is low.
◎ Drying by conduction heat has high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
(four) the operating environment is good, the solvent can be recovered, and the dust emission meets the requirements.
◎ Normal pressure type: Due to the low airflow speed in the equipment and the high and low humidity distribution in the equipment, it is difficult for dust to float to the top of the equipment, so the tail gas discharged from the top moisture outlet contains almost no dust.
◎ Closed type: equipped with solvent recovery device, which can conveniently recover the organic solvent in the moisture-carrying gas. The solvent recovery device is simple, and the recovery rate is high. For flammable, explosive, toxic and easily oxidized materials, nitrogen can be used as the wet carrier gas for closed-circuit circulation.
