Principle of operation
Lithium battery decomposition equipment, pyrolysis recovery equipment, rotary kiln for pyrolysis treatment of waste lithium batteries. The anaerobic cracking temperature is generally between 250-600 degrees (the cracking temperature is higher than 420 degrees as far as possible because the adhesive PTFE pyrolysis temperature is 415 degrees and the cracking temperature is lower than the melting point of aluminum 650 degrees as far as possible), so as to prevent the anode aluminum foil from melting and prevent alumina from entering the cathode material, decompose larger polymer compounds into low-molecular-weight compounds at the anaerobic high temperature, recycle pyrolysis gas as fuel to supply heat to the pyrolysis furnace, and make the combustible gas components in it undergo combustion oxidation reaction, so as to burn and supply heat.
