Main explanation
PTFE oven consists of box, door, steam heat exchanger, electric heater, drying car, drying plate, circulating fan, dehumidifying fan, electrical control, etc.
◎ The box body is of frame structure, the inner cavity is fully welded, there is no dead angle, and it is easy to clean;
◎ Composite insulation is adopted for the insulation of the box body, so that the heat transfer between the inner skeleton and the outer skeleton is less, and the insulation materials are not exposed, so as to ensure that the average temperature rise of the outer wall of the box body does not exceed 20℃ of the ambient temperature, effectively preventing heat loss;
◎ The door is beautiful in appearance, firm and durable, and does not deform. The door and the box body are made of pressure bar locks, and the sealing material is made of silicone rubber to ensure that the door is tightly sealed.
◎ The steam heater is preheated and compensated by the electric heater in the box. The temperature control accuracy in the box reaches 0.5℃, and the multi-point double temperature measurement ensures the real and reliable monitoring temperature and has the function of over-temperature alarm.
◎ The circulating fan adopts the axial fan with large air volume and low noise, and cooperates with the movable air equalizing plate in the box to ensure the uniform temperature in the heating box and avoid dust flying;
◎ The bearing seat of the fan is well sealed and provided with an oil slinger to prevent lubricating oil from entering the oven;
◎ The dehumidifying fan is controlled by frequency conversion, and the dehumidifying amount is set according to the process requirements;
◎ The special design of the drying car structure can effectively prevent the drying tray from slipping and the condensed water from falling into the material;
◎ The drying tray adopts mat-shaped net and H-shaped steel support structure, which can effectively realize uniform drying without material leakage;
◎ The inlet air is equipped with primary, intermediate and high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filters, and the outlet air is equipped with medium-efficiency filters to ensure the cleanliness of the box.
