Principle of operation
The workpiece is placed at the feeding end of a continuously running mesh belt, and enters various working areas with different temperatures along with the advancement of the mesh belt. The hot air in each working area circulates independently and the temperature is controlled independently. The workpiece is finally output at the discharging end of the mesh belt through the processes of heating, constant temperature and cooling, so as to realize the technological processes of drying, roasting, heat treatment and annealing. The residence time of the workpiece in the furnace can be realized by adjusting the speed of the mesh belt.
Performance characteristics
◎ High temperature and high speed hot air are used for roasting, and the product is heated evenly;
◎ Each unit has independent hot air circulation, with less heat loss and independently controllable temperature; ⊙ Using step heating and cooling, the product will not be suddenly heated or quenched;
◎ Various heat sources such as electric heating, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas can be selected;
◎ It can be integrated with the dryer to complete the drying and roasting process;
◎ Because the catalyst is heated evenly in the furnace and the temperature is stable, the quality of the catalyst finally obtained is stable and reliable.
◎ The key technical parameters can be preset on the control panel, which can be operated automatically and continuously, and the product quality is stable, which can meet the needs of large-scale industrial production;
◎ According to the shape and output of the catalyst, various roasting furnaces or integrated drying and roasting furnaces with mesh belt width of 600-1600mm, length of 6-30m and temperature of 120-800℃ can be designed.
