Principle of operation
The pulse bag filter produced by our factory is a new type of equipment for purifying dusty gas, and the purification effect is as high as 99.5%. Compact structure, small floor space, long service life of filter bag, stable and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and the temperature of handling dusty hot gas can reach 120℃. After the dusty airflow enters the box from the air inlet, it partially settles, and when the dust floats slightly, it is retained by the filter bag. The purified air passes through the filter bag, enters the upper box through the venturi tube, and is discharged from the air outlet. The dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag is increasing. When the resistance is within a limited range (generally 80-120 mm water column), it is necessary to remove the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag. The controller triggers the control valves in sequence to make the compressed air in the air bag eject from the blowpipe hole (primary air) and induce the surrounding air (secondary air) several times as much as the primary air to enter the filter bag through the venturi tube, so that the filter bag expands rapidly in an instant and is accompanied by airflow.

Widely used in metallurgy, casting, mining, chemical industry, medicine, feed, building materials, grain processing and other industries for ventilation, dust removal and dust recovery.
