Principle of operation
The working principle of the continuous rotary atmosphere furnace is similar to that of the continuous rotary roaster (rotary kiln). Because the materials to be treated need to be explosion-proof and oxidation-proof, or other media are required to participate in the reaction and impurity removal, the atmospheric media require nitrogen, argon, hydrogen chloride, etc., so the rotary atmosphere furnace needs to adopt a special sealing form to monitor the oxygen content in real time.
Performance characteristics
◎ Compared with the continuous rotary kiln, the continuous rotary atmosphere furnace has the following special features:
◎ The gas seal and mechanical structure device protected by inert gas have the lowest oxygen content of thousands of ppm.
◎ In order to save the consumption of atmosphere gas, a closed-circuit circulation system is generally adopted.
◎ The whole system needs explosion protection.

Roasting under the protection of catalyst atmosphere, new material atmosphere reaction (synthesis, pyrolysis), waste salt pyrolysis (resource utilization, pyrolysis), sludge disposal, battery recycling pyrolysis, etc.
