Principle of operation
The drying process of closed cycle spray drying system is similar to that of open spray drying system. Because the materials to be treated contain organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol, toluene, DMF, etc., the system adopts the process of drying tail gas to bring out moisture, then condensing, emptying a small part, and recycling most of it to the air inlet for heating, and then drying. Spraying can be divided into centrifugal, pressure and airflow, and the working principle of closed cycle process is the same except for different atomization methods.
