Principle of operation
The furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange, and uses the latest indirect heating technology to exchange heat at the high temperature part of the furnace body. Smoke and air go their own way, heating is absolutely pollution-free, with high thermal efficiency, rapid temperature rise, small size, convenient installation, reliable use and low price. High temperature resistance measures are adopted, so that its service life is greatly prolonged compared with that of the tubular hot blast stove, and the output hot air temperature can reach above 300℃. At the same time, the reverse heat exchange of flue gas and negative pressure exhaust method are adopted, so that the heat exchange parts do not accumulate dust and need to be cleaned, and the thermal performance is stable. All kinds of coal or diesel oil can be used as fuel, and it is equipped with a secondary air intake device for complete combustion. The index of each item has reached the international advanced level.
Applied range
The furnace is matched with drying equipment for various materials, and is widely used for heating and dehumidifying agricultural products such as grain, seeds, beverages, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, mushrooms, fungus, tremella, tea, tobacco leaves, food, medicines, chemical raw materials, light and heavy industrial products, and also for heating various facilities and dehumidifying warehouses.
