Principle of operation

Fluidized bed dryer, also known as fluidized bed dryer, is composed of air filter, heater, fluidized bed main unit, cyclone separator, bag dust collector, high-pressure centrifugal fan and operation console. Due to the different properties of dry materials, when supporting dust removal equipment, it can be considered as needed, and cyclone separator and bag dust collector can be selected at the same time, or one of them can be selected. Generally speaking, cyclone separator is only needed for drying granules and granular materials with higher specific gravity, and small granular and powdery materials with lower specific gravity need to be selected.

The granular solid materials are added into the fluidized bed dryer by the feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by the blower to contact with the solid materials through the distribution plate to form fluidization to achieve heat and mass exchange between gas and solid. After drying, the material is discharged from the discharge port, and the waste gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed, and the solid powder is recovered by cyclone dust collector and bag dust collector and then emptied.

Steam, electricity and hot blast stove can be used together (according to user's requirements).

Clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Due to the extensive contact between hot air and materials, the process of heat and mass transfer is enhanced, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, boils and dries for tens of seconds to several minutes, and automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure, and closed cycle drying can also be used.

Applied range

◎ Drying operations of medicines, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing and feed. Such as: drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tabletting granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, health food, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid and other powdery materials. The suitable material particle size is generally 0.1~6mm, and the preferred particle size is 0.5~3mm.
