Recently, Jiangsu Xinpu Drying completed the delivery of 4 sets of integrated flash dryer and rotary kiln systems, each with a capacity of 40,000 tons per year, custom-built for Wanhua Chemical’s iron phosphate project.

This complete production line consists of flash dryers and rotary calcination kilns for continuous iron phosphate manufacturing. Optimized structural design, flow field simulation and upgraded sealing structure ensure stable high-temperature calcination, consistent powder quality, and meet Wanhua Chemical’s requirements for large-scale and intelligent production.
